This website and its telephone or online communications are not monitored for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

3. Information only; no medical advice

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional who knows your circumstances.

Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information on this website. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome or treatment is promised or guaranteed.

4. Doctor-patient relationship

Accessing this website, calling the clinic, sending an enquiry, submitting information or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a doctor-patient relationship.

A doctor-patient relationship is established only when a licensed physician or the clinic has accepted you as a patient for a particular service and the required clinical assessment, informed-consent and documentation processes have been completed. A request for care may be declined or redirected when a service is not clinically appropriate, available or within scope.

5. Communications and appointment requests

Telephone, text, email and general website communications may not be secure and should not be used for urgent issues or detailed personal health information unless clinic staff direct you to an approved process. An appointment request does not confirm an appointment. Appointment availability, fees, services and methods of care may change.
