Does completing the assessment mean I qualify for TRT?
No. The questionnaire is informational. Treatment requires clinical assessment and may require lab testing.
Will I receive a testosterone prescription?
No prescription is guaranteed. A clinician determines whether any treatment is medically appropriate.
Do I need bloodwork?
A clinician may recommend bloodwork based on your symptoms, history and the care being considered.
